Where do I train?
At your current gym, school, or home. That’s the great part – you can live anywhere and train with world class coach Dustin Myers, everything is online. There is a specific Gut Check workout each day that correlates to the season.
Will I know how to do the exercises and workouts?
Yes. The program has an extensive video library detailing the exercises that Dustin incorporates into the workouts, as well as weekly technique videos that demonstrate the pace and intensity required.
